As you might know, most websites have English site these days and you can book through the internet without any language problems. Please go to Hurry Slowly's website and find our rate for 2010/2011. It only costs you from JPY 5333/person per night, and Early reservation privilege is available until Aug31st/2010. Don't miss the chance!!

Find the cheapest flight ticket to/from New Chitose(Sapporo) with Jetabroad, Fly.co.uk.* If the flight connection requires to transfer from any other domestic airport in Japan, please see the website Airport Access Information. T he New Chitose(Sapporo) airport is the closest airport to Niseko Hirafu ski resort and it will take about 2.5 hours by bus.

For winter season, go to shuttle bus company's website White Liner, Resort Liner and book your seat from New Chitose(Sapporo) airport to Hirafu #1 parking lot(Welcome Center). Please make sure which bus you booked and let us know what time you arrive in 7 days advance so that we can pick you up at the bus stop once you arrived. Skybus provides you door to door/private charter service and would be more comfortable for your trip. For summer season, there are some buses or trains from New Chitose(Sapporo) airport but not very often compared with winter season. Please feel free to contact us to find any transportation from/to Chitose and Hirafu(Niseko) area.

Q1. How far is ski hill from Hurry Slowly?
A1. It takes about 3 min drive to the main quad lift. Ski shuttle is going around the whole village every 15 min from 8:30 to 21:00 for free of charge and the bus stop is just 1 min walk from Hurry Slowly!!

Q2. How do we get to Hurry Slowly from New Chitose(Sapporo) airport?
A2. The most convenient way is via bus transfer, and please get off at the Hirafu#1 parking lot(Welcome Center). Hurry Slowly is about 20 min walk away from the Welcome Center but we can pick you up once your arrived. Please don't forget to let us know what time & date you arrive in 7 days advance. For late flight arrivals or early flight departures, we are more than happy to check & arrange any transfers so please feel free contact us.

Q3. Is credit card acceptable at any stores, bars, and restaurants?
A3. Most bars and restaurants in the village do NOT accept credit cards or travelers cheques. Restaurants that do accept credit cards may charge an extra service fee. Most ski rental and ski goods stores accept credit cards and lift tickets can be purchased by credit card.

Q4. Can we withdraw some cash there?
A4. Yes, there is an international ATM that will accept international cards in Hirafu village. 4 languages(English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese). are available. There are also international ATMs in Kutchan town at the post offices and most 7-Elevens.

Q5. How far is Kutchan town from Hirafu village?
A5. It is about 15 min drive away from Hirafu village. If you are not driving, there is a free Bus from Hirafu village to/from Kutchan town in winter season. The bus runs about every an hour from 17:00 to 24:00. It stops right in front of a supermarket and the town centre of Kutchan for dinner & drinks.

Q6. Where's the closest place to get some groceries?
A6. There are two convenience stores in Hirafu Village, Seicomart and Lawson. It takes 10-15 min walk from Hurry Slowly. Both sell alcohol, cigarettes and a limited range of foodstuffs.
